Log caffeine and estimate what remains at bedtime
Add the drink, the serving, and the time you had it. Caffeine Tracker uses those entries, the half-life you select, and your usual bedtime to estimate what may still be left that night.
Why it helps
The same number of milligrams can sit under a daily limit and still leave a large estimate at bedtime if you drink it late. Caffeine Tracker keeps both figures visible, using the drinks you actually log.
Search the catalog, pick a recent drink, or add a custom item. Choose the size, adjust the amount, and record when you had it.
The home screen compares what you have consumed with your daily target, and the bedtime estimate with the bedtime target you set.
Statistics cover 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 1 year, including totals, bedtime estimates, frequent drinks, and timing by hour or weekday.
How it works
Enter your usual bedtime and a half-life. Use the suggested daily target, or replace it with your own. The suggestion can reflect sensitivity, age, and, where it applies, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Search or browse by category and brand. Select the serving, adjust the quantity, and record the time. The add screen shows an estimate for that serving.
Compare both targets on the home screen and inspect the half-life chart. If another serving of a logged drink fits both targets, the app can show an estimated cutoff time.
